Meet Dr Ahmad Moubayed
Since joining Complete Chiropractic Care in 2005, Dr Ahmad has been passionate about helping the Merrylands and Sydney CBD communities through the power of chiropractic care. He has always had a strong passion to serve and will go above and beyond to support people in their journey to health and wellness.
Committed to Caring for Others
I graduated with a Bachelors of Medical Science in 2001 and after being disillusioned by the medical approach to healthcare (which is really sick care) I went on to enrol into Chiropractic School and graduated with a Masters of Chiropractic. Like many others, I initially thought chiropractic was just about healing neck and back pain. It wasn’t until I was studying chiropractic that I realised the significant role it plays in overall health and wellness.
I have been in private practice since 2005 and feel honoured to witness people overcome pain and sickness and create abundant levels of health and happiness! It is my commitment to provide professional and personalised chiropractic care while leading our community towards greater levels of health and happiness. I believe I have a unique ability to connect with every individual person while offering them the time to listen and respect their personal health needs and/or challenges.
For 8 years I loved my role as a Senior Clinical Supervisor at Macquarie University where I would mentor final year chiropractic students during their internship. I am also an Expert Reviewer for the Health Care Complaints Commission.
Why I love Chiropractic
Sometimes it’s a challenge to help patients understand that their pain and other symptoms are not a true reflection of who they are. I try to help them realise the value of preventative and maintenance care and how it can help you live the life you were meant to live.
Seeing the changes people are able to make in their lives because of chiropractic is rewarding for me as a chiropractor. I can’t think of a better job than empowering people to make decisions that lead them to a greater expression of their own health.
If you’re considering chiropractic, I encourage you to make an appointment today for a consultation. I can assess whether chiropractic is the right option for you.
Professional Pursuits and Family Life
In my free time, I enjoy reading about chiropractic and other health and wellness topics, so that I never stop growing as a chiropractor. I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor for Macquarie University, mentoring final year chiropractic students during their professional internships. I am also expert witness for the Health Care Complaints Commission.
My wife and I enjoy spending time in our local community, especially dining in local restaurants. We are devoted parents to our young son, Isaac.
