SERVICES

Myotherapy

This is a form of physical therapy that is used in treating or preventing soft tissue pain and restricted joint mobility associated with muscle or myofascial dysfunction, which is a disorder of muscles.

Focusing on the assessment, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal pain, dysfunction, and other conditions caused by muscle or nerve restrictions. Myotherapy, aims to help improve the health of your muscles and joints, by using a combination of various techniques, exercises, and guidance such as cupping, dry needling, deep massage techniques, trigger points, myotherapy release techniques and personalised PNF

Remedial

Remedial massage may have a number of physical benefits, including reducing muscle tension and enhancing the flow of blood throughout the body. In remedial massage, hands-on massage therapy is applied to specific muscles, tendons, or connective tissues to relieve pain, improve flexibility, or achieve relaxation.

It may also help reduce swelling, which in turn may reduced stress hormone levels and lead to a decrease in anxiety, while increased joint mobility and flexibility may result from greater mobility. A better recovery rate has been observed for soft tissue injuries. In addition to treating soft tissue issues and boosting circulation, this treatment is also frequently used to treat painful joints.

Sport

A sports massage relieves muscular tension and pain related to a specific mobility issue or biomechanical concern. The focus is on specific parts of the body that need healing, relief, or relaxation. We use a combination of passive, active, and deep tissue techniques to speed up recovery. By using sports massage skills, inflammation may be reduced at the injury site and tension in muscles, tendons, and ligaments may be relieved; this may also improve  flexibility and recovery.

Aromatherapy Massage

Therapeutic use of essential oils has been found in aromatherapy since ancient times. The main goal of aromatherapy treatment is to improve physical, emotional, and mental health by using essential oils (herbal oils). As a result of its direct effect on the amygdala, the emotional centre of the brain, aromatherapy may be effective in balancing emotions, relieving muscular tension, and stimulating the lymphatic system.

A natural remedy for mental and physical well-being, herbal oils can be absorbed through the integumentary system and may help restore a sense of balance throughout the body.
