A strong believer that yoga can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, level or physical ability, Jill Greensmith-Tucker enjoys the way yoga is not competitive or judgemental.
She is hands-on in her teaching approach, with particular emphasis on good physical alignment and the breath, having fun and working to a student’s own level.
Always active and a self-confessed ‘fidget’, Jill first became aware of yoga at a young age. After practicing periodically as a child and young adult, she then began to engage in a regular practice which has seen her undertake many different classes in hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, Iyengar and Jivamukti yoga.
Jill has been teaching regular classes since 2011 and is delighted to be bringing her experience to Complete Chiropractic Care.
