Good Posture Vs Bad Posture - The Choice is Yours

In a world of smart phone over-use, gaming, longer commutes, excessive stress, heavy backpacks and prolonged time sitting; our posture suffers. In fact, in our practice one of the most common contributors to back pain, neck pain, headaches and general lack of health is bad posture.
